This page is only for use by organisations making referrals to Asylum Welcome on behalf of their clients.

Please note: we only work with clients living in Oxfordshire.

If your client is currently homeless, please contact their district council for advice in the first instance.

Once your referral has been submitted, we will contact your client as soon as we can. We will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible, but we are extremely busy, so please allow time for a reply.

Before completing a referral, please ensure you have carried out the relevant risk assessment.

If you are referring a client who has a safeguarding need/risk, please complete our safeguarding form.

This includes all domestic abuse referrals.

For any domestic abuse–related referral, please complete a DASH risk assessment and upload it to the Safeguarding Form.

If a child is witnessing or experiencing domestic abuse, you must also complete a social services referral using the MASH portal before referring to us.

If a child or young person is at risk of abuse or neglect:
